A highlight of any holiday is sitting down to a scrumptious meal. At Chalina Estate, our experienced chef and his team are ready to prepare whatever you desire from quick snacks to five-course dinners.
Choose from the delicious menu featuring a Taste of Asia – green papaya salad, classic chilli crab or fried fish in kaffir lime leaves – and international dishes from gazpacho to fillet of beef in red wine sauce to apple pie with ice cream. We can also prepare a wide range of vegetarian dishes and will strive to meet any special dietary requirements.
Food and beverages are subject to 20% handling fee plus a service charge and a government tax to cover transport, deliveries and stock ingredients. Guests are requested to provide a grocery float in advance. Four hours notice is required for lunch and dinner selections.
