Huge villa with lots of common area and outdoor space. Perfect for large groups. There were 15 of us and it was the perfect place. Staff are friendly

We were lucky enough to choose Chalina for our wedding and it was the most amazing experience. The villa was beautiful and the staff were amazing, they bent over backwards to make our stay perfect, even helping putting up decorations on our wedding day. We really couldn't have been happier and will be recomending this villa to everyone we know. We were so impressed by the whole experience.

From the time you enter chalina estate until you leave (which you won't to leave) it is the most tranquil place. The staff at the villa make this place so special they are so inviting and are always there to help. We where lucky enough to celebrate our wedding at the villa which was the perfect setting for our big day. We had breakfast at the villa everyday and a few other meals the food was amazing. It was no problem for the chef catering for 15 hungry mouths 1 being a vegetarian. We would highly recommend chalina estate to anyone wanting a peaceful escape or for you special event. And a HUGE thank you to the staff they are all so accommodating.

This is a wonderful Balinese villa. As you walk in you cant help but go "Wow". Beautiful gardens, sensational living spaces and a huge pool. We have pools at home but a pool this big is not only great to use but it you feel like the King with a private mansion! Most of the rooms are large and apart from the main house with 3 rooms there are 3 separate villas. The decor is well done. The rooms are full of charm. The saffron bedroom whilst stunning is so big it is hard to cool. Echo and Pererenan Beaches are 10 minutes away on a push bike (provided). Echo beach is a great place for a Bintang beer and to watch the surfers. No good for swimming unless you are a surfer. The toddlers enjoyed paddling and making sandcastles with the black sand. We also hired motor scooters. Its looks scary on the roads but we loved using them and we are no spring chickens. Easy ride to Tanah Lot on them and they are $7 a day. We had our kids and grand kids with us (10 of us all up). The place was great for the whole family, but you do need to keep watch on the toddlers near the water and ledges. The staff were outstanding. They genuinely want you to enjoy your holiday and are very very attentive. Agus, Pittoo, Aria, Tina, Wyan, and Gide just to mention a few of the friendly and helpful staff. The chef was excellent and fed us wonderful dishes and was very flexible. There is a good projector but we just enjoyed playing family games at night (which you need to bring.) We also hired a table tennis table which was a good thing to do for a family. The place is very quiet and looks onto rice fields. This means you are away from bigger places like Seminyak. It takes about half an hour in the provided car to get there. One negative is that there is no credit card facility. Take plenty of local cash. It cost us about $25 per day per person for all our food needs (we ate well including suckling pig and lobster). You pay for food at cost plus a small mark up. The ATMs are 20 mins away and do not always work and have a $100 to $250 maximum limit. Chalina Estate is a five star experience and we would love to go back one day. It has provided us with wonderful memories which we will treasure forever.

Chalina Estate was absolutely outstanding. The setting and the buildings were beautiful and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing and special.

villa and staff is outstanding. we would recommend this property highly, and we will be coming back to enjoy this relaxing place it feels like you are on a different planet,and we had one of the best holidays ever see you soon
